These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit www.exduct.com, create an account, place an order or submit an inquiry. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Wholesale storefront

EXDUCT is a small batch wholesale storefront for resellers and businesses. Products may have a stated minimum purchase quantity, volume price tiers or separate inquiry requirements. The quantity, price and availability shown for a product apply to that offer at the time an order is placed.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when EXDUCT confirms that it can be fulfilled. We may contact you to correct an obvious pricing, inventory, specification, shipping or system error. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the affected item or order may be cancelled and any amount collected for it will be refunded through the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing complete billing, contact and delivery information and for reviewing product specifications, quantity and minimum order requirements before submitting an order.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Volume pricing applies only when the required quantity is added to the cart. Taxes, duties, customs charges or other destination fees are not included unless expressly shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized through an available payment method before an order is processed.

Product information and availability

We work to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and stock information accurate. Color and appearance may vary slightly because of manufacturing batches, materials, lighting or displays. If a material error affects an order, please contact us promptly so that an appropriate resolution can be reviewed.

Ready stock, reorderable supply and customization are different supply paths. Custom branding, packaging or specifications are available only when confirmed in writing and when the stated MOQ and other requirements are met.

Shipping and delivery

Available shipping methods, restrictions, charges and delivery estimates are shown on the website or at checkout where applicable. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, address errors or events outside our reasonable control. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the current Shipping & Returns policy. Contact EXDUCT before returning any item. Custom, personalized, used, altered, clearance or restricted products may not be eligible for return except where required by law or where an item arrives incorrect or defective.

Restricted products and buyer responsibility

Some tools or knives may be subject to age, import, possession, transport or use restrictions. Buyers are responsible for confirming that a product may lawfully be purchased, imported, possessed and used in the destination jurisdiction. EXDUCT may decline or cancel an order when legal, payment, shipping or safety requirements cannot be met.

Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse accounts or payment systems, submit fraudulent orders, or copy and exploit website content in a way that violates applicable rights or law.

Intellectual property

Website text, graphics, layout and original media are owned by or licensed to EXDUCT and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product and company names belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, EXDUCT is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed delivery or business resale decisions.

We may update these terms as the website, supply model or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
