- Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within the United States.
- International orders over US $20 qualify for free shipping. International orders below US $20 have an US $8 handling fee.
- Available shipping methods, restrictions and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
- Some products may be restricted from delivery to certain destinations.
Returns
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact EXDUCT before sending any return.
- If a return results from an EXDUCT error, such as an incorrect or defective item, EXDUCT will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Returned products should be unused and in their original packaging unless the product is defective.
Before You Return an Item
Contact EXDUCT with your order number, product SKU and reason for return. We will provide the applicable return instructions. Refund timing depends on return transit, inspection and the customer's payment provider.
