How many Order Status at Exduct store ?
Exduct store total offers 8 order status, there are :Pending order - an order waiting customer to pay.Confirmed order - an order have paid,but not ship out yet.Shipped order - an order have already shipped out,but still waiting a tracking Number.Tracked order - an order have already shipped,and also have offered a tracking Number.Canceled order - a mistake or fail order,have already gived up by customers.Refunded order - an order have already refunded to customers.Reshipped order - an order have already resend out.Waiting order - an order waiting shipment,or waiting to confirm something.
How to find the tracking Number of my order ?
You can easy to find the tracking Number from the order details area: Click on "Order Number" - > View Order details - > Click on the tab " Order History",when you meet the "Tracked" status,there is one comments display the details of tracking number.(pls note,only when order updated to "Tracked",then you can find the tracking Number.)
What about the shipment method ?
For a small package below 1kg,Exduct default shipment method is air registered mail, free Shipping worldwide .10-15days to US & Main Euro Countries, 25-30days to Russia,Ukraine.When your order more than 1kg,we will consider to use Fast DHL Express or EMS Express instead.
What about the payment method ?
Exduct Accept payment method is: Credit card, American bank card, PAYPAL, Western Union,T/T Bank of China etc.
