By now I have literally bought dozens of articles at exduct.com. I'm very happy with the level of service and the reliabiltity. From their products I definitely recommend the SanRenMu and Enlan knives. Keep up the good work guys (and drop me a line when you decide to sell fixed blades :-) )

Purchased mostly knives on Exduct,about a dozen. There has never been a reason to send them back. Can't say the same for AliExpress, which resells lots of "no name" knock offs. Navy and Ganzo brand in particular are ALWAYS reliable in quality control, in my experience Exduct usually sells a few dollars cheaper than AliExpress and their delivery times are getting much shorter over time.

You need to add good quality kitchen knives on assortment. I definately buy some.
I'm dissapointed in ceramic knives, and want some good steel knives.

    We don't like to sell the kitchen knives as it seems too large in size,this will not safe for shipping,and it might bring more custom problem,we also have no plan to sell ceramic knives.what you can choose from our store is only folding Knife,most of them are good quality,steel knives,thanks!

I was very happy with your special limited products page and China Post delivery. I ordered many knives on that basis. The HK shipping is very expensive and even higher than before, I plan no 2012 orders unless you can lower your shipping costs to the USA many of you competitors still offer free shipping on knives.

    Hi,It's not means we want to change shippping price higher and require more at your shipping cost,China Post change the rule,and increased the cost no discount all over the China,if China post can reduce shipping price in future,we will re-add this shipping option again...

    Yes,there is some China vendor tell you "Free Shipping",but you should know this is not Real free,Most of "Free Shipping",they use Poor post delivery (None registered Airmail),and if you choose Register Airmail or Express Shipping,soon you will find there is still has an Extra cost.

    Most of China vendors can set higer at product price,and Zero $ 000 (Free) shipping cost.

    For example,a Knife they can sell you at US$ 7.0 each,but US$ 0.00 shipping cost,so if you order 10pcs,you will only paid total US$ 70 for product amount and Free shipping.

    But we don't want to do in this way,in order to bring more shipping option for customers based on Product weights,our product price and shipping cost are set in separately,we might sell you at US$ 5.00 each product cost,and US$ 2.00 for additional shipping cost,so if you order 10pcs,you need pay US$ 50 product price,along with US$ 20 shipping cost.

    Because the shipping cost US$ 20 are almost half of Product cost US$ 50,that's why you think it is too expensive.

    For USA buyers,if you order more than 2kgs,we can use DHL express which can be Faster and cheaper than Post delivery.

    Actually,No China vendor can offer you Free Shipping,unless ,we build a warehouse in your country.and shipping goods locally.

You say, that chinapost shipping is still available for russia, but i cant choose it when making order.

P.S. What about some discount for your constant buyers? I mean not the one-use coupons, but like 3-5% constant discount, after 50$ order os somthing like that?

    Yes,currently I have disabled China post shipping option for all counties,as China post have just change rules,there is anything still unsure,we are waiting Post to send a firm notification till the date (4th,Jan,2012).Then we will restore China post shipping option for russia and other 8 countries.

    Although these 9 countries still has discount,but
    shipping price also have some increase,about( 80%) discount for now,before the discount is(60%)

I found out about Exduct & SRM knives about 2 months ago. Mostly, I buy spyderco, cold steel, SOG and some CRKTs. I placed my first order for 4 knives and then a 2nd for 5 knives. The cost & value of your knives is very nice. Only had one problem with a Navy 507 and am waiting for your feedback. But that also happend with a spyderco knife, mistakes happen. I have already developed a favorite list and will continue to buy! One suggestion, can you place your knives into categories such as, small edc blades, medium & tactical. Not all knives are shown in inches and i got a couple there were smaller than expected. maybe , on ALL knives showing both measuring systems would be very helpful! Thank you & keep your prices low :)

I just received my first order. Two Sanrenmu 710'S & tool kits. Fast shipping,great service,great prices & selection.The knives are great and the tool kit is well designed and will be very useful. I wish I had found you a long time ago! Highly recommended store..
