Just received the 604. Much smaller in real life than expected, which is a good thing. The G10 has a more grey-ish color than in the photo but it's of decent quality. The knife is very light, locks well and is sturdy enough for light, daily use. The only thing that bothers me is the fact that only one side of the blade is shaped. The other side (the side not in the photo) is totally flat. Most knives have both sides shaped and sharpened. This makes the blade look a bit cheap (it IS cheap, so I can't complain I guess). Still functional though.

negakinu: sorry, but you don't know what you're talking about. This is called a "chisel grind," and some of the nicest/most expensive folders around, the Emersons, are chisel ground. There is benefit to this - easier to sharpen and maintain, and also better for combat situations because it is a much more efficient slicer/stabber. Not that you would use this in any kind of life-threatening situation if you had a choice!

So, yes, it is chisel-ground, ie. one side completely flat. But that is not a detriment, but a feature.
