Dear Sir:
I bought a high powered flash light with a SMALL SUN battery 18650 Li-on 2400mAh 3.7V rechargeable battery and charger. Please inform me how to charge and take care of the battery and charger.
Please explain the meaning of HIGH CAPACITY WITHOUT MEMORY EFFECT.

The battery is without memory effect. This is a good thing because battery memory refers to one of the following:
1. If you use a battery repeatedly until it's energy is 50% expended instead of using it until it's energy is 100% expended, soon it's maximum energy will only be 50% of it's original capacity.
2. If you recharge a battery repeatedly when it's energy is 50% expended instead of using it until it's energy is 100% expended and then recharging it, soon it's maximum charge capacity will only be 50% of it's original charge capacity.
