Ordered a bunch of these, but the knives that I received are not Navy K626. They look very similar, but the brand on the blade is "Puma Tec." The blade measures 3-1/2" (90mm) which is longer than the listed specification. The style is a gentleman's folder, but it's too big for this designation.

I've seen the Puma Tec version on another site where it was described as having 440A steel which is inferior to 440C. This concerns me since a knife with 440A steel would not hold an edge well.

Exduct Reply: Hi,I don't think the "Puma Tec" version only having 440A,they should also including 440C,because Navy OEM some specail knife for "puma Tec",Whatever "PUMA" or "Navy" logo on K626,Actually,t he Knife is same,
they are all having 440C blade

If the Puma Tec knife is also 440C steel, why doesn't it say it is 440C on the blade like the Navy K626? I would prefer not to have substitutions without prior authorization.

Got my second batch today, but this time they're Navy brand 440C knives.

Exduct Reply: The "Puma Tec" knife K626 only have few remainning,beca use they are the same with "Navy Knife K626",So we put together,for next time,we could ship the "Navy K626 Knife" only if you don't like to appear "Puma Tec" logo.
