I recently purchased 2  SRM 703 knives.  These are sharp right out of the box and very utility oriented.  As with most of the SRM brand, they are small, making them easy to EDC.  Yet, at the same time, they are incredibly sharp and the fit and finish is amazing.  One side has wood as part of the handle.  I don't know what kind of wood it is, but it is amazingly attractive. 

 

The circular effect is beautiful, making for a very handsome knife.  This looks to me like a real gentleman's knife in terms of the size and appearance.  I have already noted that it is very sharp and seems to have the traditional strength of all of the SRM products.  Not only will this appeal to a man who wants to EDC with a functional and sharp knife--one that looks stylish and professional, it also appeals to the fairer sex. 

 

Shortly after my two knives appeared, I lost one to my mother and the other to my wife.  Go figure!  Again, the attraction was the wood on the side and the circles in the wood.  I suspect that this knife will hold up under rigorous use on a daily basis, as have all of the SRM knives that I have in my collection.  If you are looking for a handsome knife to EDC and that is quality all the way, this is a great knife to put in your rotation.
