I have recently ordered a SRM 763 and the B4710.

In the past, i only bought American, European or Japanese knives as they are known to be of good quality. At first i did not believe that a knife so cheap can also be good. 

But when i first cut the shipping package open and felt my first San Ren Mu knife, i was impressed with it. The fit and finish is very good, no sharp corners or mismatched pieces. Everything was clean and fit together well. But that's just the looks, and i had to try to see if the knife itself was a solid performer.

As i opened the knife, it locked open with a positive click, which brought a smile to my face. I've had bad experience in the past with lousy locks that did not inspire confidence, this knives did not have this problem, in fact, i dare say they are almost as good if not just as good as my spydercos and benchmades. I then tried to wriggle the blade and found it to be rock solid, then i closed it and checked the blade centering which was near perfect. ZERO bladeplay and a good blade centering in a $9 Chinese knife. I had a very good first impression of this brand.

It has been more than a month since i had this knives, and i've been carrying them everyday to school. I am an engineering student and i have many projects to do which require me to cut foam or cardboard boxes, and through these weeks of use, the knives never failed me. The rock is still solid despite being dropped on the floor more than a few times, and the steel actually held an edge decently well.

The only complaint i have is that the knives did not come very smooth. I needed to oil the pivot a little and sharpen it up, but for that price and quality of the knife, i was more than happy to do it.

All in all i would recommend these SRM brand knives to any of my friends, which i already did. And i have to say, They are DEFINITELY worth the money.
