hello. as last comment, what is the accurate blade length? i have read that it is 88mm. is this blade really 105mm? please advise.

In shape,and size this EL02 is VERY close to a Benchmade 730 which is a $600 knife (and in S30V steel). I bought the Enlan from here and it compares very favorably in build quality with my Benchmade Kulgera which is also S30V and sells new for $175. Big difference is I will actually use the 8CroMov bladed Enlan and not be afraid to scratch it. It is more enjoyable to own, in my opinion.

Wow! Those went fast and I am really glad I got one!

It arrived yesterday and I could not be more pleased with this beautiful knife. As stated above it compares closely to a much more expensive Benchmade blade. The Micarta scales feel great in my hand. The lock-up feels very secure with the axis-type locking mechanism. The blade is centered and there is no blade-play whatsoever. A beautiful knife overall at a fraction of the cost.

This is my second Elan knife and I will definitely purchase more! I, too, would love this one with a black blade. Thank you, Exduct!
